Meet Paul Fair

At Paul Fair Associates, LLC, Paul E. Fair serves as the Chief Investment Officer, Managing Member and owner, bringing to every client relationship the belief that education and training are a vital part of providing services for our clients.

Paul is a widely recognized Financial Advisor in Berks County and the surrounding Pennsylvania area. In addition to more than 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry assisting retirees to a better retirement, Paul has conducted more than 400 educational strategy workshops on Investment, Estate Conservation, Medicaid, Long Term Health, and Tax Planning Strategies for retirees in Berks, Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester counties.  He has appeared as an expert guest speaker on long-term care insurance on Berks Community Television sponsored by the Berks County Senior Council of Reading and the State Attorney General's Office of Pennsylvania.

Paul is a former member of the Estate Planning Council of Berks County, comprised of attorneys, trust officers, CPA’s, and Financial Planners committed to the promotion of education for estate preservation. He has extensive retirement and estate law training from Ed Slott, viewed by many as one of the top IRA planning CPAs in the country, as well as being the top all time fund raisers for Public Broadcasting System with his national program Live Rich for Ever and Ever. Ed Slott is the author of The Retirement Savings Time Bomb and  The Complete Retirement Planning Road Map.  Paul Fair has extensive training by Ed Slott and is a former member of the Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisors Group, which provides members with ongoing training to educate its members on changes and updates to income tax laws important to retirees and their retirement plans.

In addition, Paul has contributed to the HS Dent Advisers Network. Mr. Dent, an economist, forecast the economic downturn of the Japanese economy in the early 1990’s as well as the success of the US economy for the 1990’s. Mr. Dent is also the author of numerous books on the economy, The Power to Predict, The Great Boom Ahead, The Roaring 2000’s, Investors 2000, The Great Bubble Boom and his newest book The Great Depression Ahead.
